Linseed oil

The blue-flowering flax or linseed plant yields an amber coloured oil that is abundant in essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals, all of which help to nourish and moisturise your skin, keeping it hydrated. Linseed oil is naturally rich in vitamin E, a highly functional vitamin known to reduce the appearance of unwanted skin discolorations or blemishes. Also known as flaxseed oil, linseed oil is a much-loved ingredient in cosmetics, thanks to its soothing, softening and calming properties.

Redcurrant

The hardy redcurrant shrub thrives in colder climates like Sweden’s, yielding ruby red fruits that are often enjoyed as a refreshing cordial drink. Sea buckthorn

Sea buckthorn is a hardy, thorny bush that grows particularly well on the eastern Swedish coast and bears potent little orangey coloured berries with a smooth spherical shape. The berries have always been valued for their exceptionally high vitamin C content and have been cooked and consumed in Sweden for centuries.
