Why a brand-new app instead of launching a new version?
Our new app’s technical innovations like smoother checkout and search features require a brand-new platform. A brand-new app was the best way of providing a good user experience in the shortest possible time. Everyone needs a new start sometimes!
What will happen with the old app?
The old Oriflame app will continue to be available for some time after the new app is launched but will eventually be removed from app stores. We encourage everyone to download and start using the new app as soon as possible. More information will be communicated in the local market.
How can we share our feedback about the new app?
We love feedback! Go to your profile and look for the “Give us feedback” – it will take you to a form where you can send us your feedback.
What about the features in the Business app, will they be included in the new Oriflame app as well?
Some business-related KPI’s do exists in the new app, but for all business-related activities, we advise you to continue to use the Business app. The new app is predominantly for shopping.
